Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returned items for international orders due to the high cost of shipping.  
If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.  
We will provide a full refund or send a replacement item after confirming the issue.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, but in most cases, we will not require you to return the item.

Processing Time

・Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.  
・You will receive an email notification once your refund is completed.  
・We do not refund shipping fees unless the item was faulty.
