International Orders

We do not accept returned items for international orders due to the high cost of shipping.

If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us with evidence within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement.


Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; however, in most cases we will not require you to return the item.

Processing Time

 

 

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is completed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

 

 


 

 

What Does

Not

Qualify as a Defect

 


To keep our policy fair and consistent, the following are not considered defects:

 

  • Minor measurement variance (approx. ±1–2 cm) due to manufacturing tolerances

  • Loose threads or light thread trimming that does not affect wear

  • Fabric odor from production or packaging (usually dissipates after airing)

  • Slight color differences due to display/monitor settings or lighting

  • Light wrinkles from folding/transport

 

 


 

 

Evidence Required for a Claim (Mandatory)

 


To review your claim quickly, please provide:

 

  1. At least 3 photos: one of the entire item and close-ups of the issue

  2. A 10–20 second video clearly showing the issue

  3. A photo of the shipping label (name + order number visible)

    Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

 


 

 

How We Review & Resolve

 

 

  • Approved as defective/incorrectFull refund or replacement (your choice)

Misuse & False Claims

 


Submitting false or misleading claims is prohibited. If misuse is confirmed, we may restrict future orders or accounts to protect our customers and brand.
